Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront in Rockford, IL is seeking a Banquet Set-up Attendant to transform event spaces into memorable experiences. You will set up banquet tables, assist with service, and ensure spaces are guest-ready with precision and speed.

This role requires reliability, strong guest service, and the ability to work nights or weekends. Safety and teamwork are essential as you help our hotel deliver outstanding events and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Formación

• Three to six months of related experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside of regular hours based on business needs.
