Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to support event execution by setting up and breaking down banquet spaces and meeting rooms. You will transport and store furniture, ensure cleanliness, and stock necessary items while promptly addressing guest requests.

You will work with the banquet team to meet timelines, inspect spaces for issues, and follow safety guidelines. Evening or weekend shifts and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Able to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Set up banquet rooms and meeting spaces per event specs.
• Assist in transporting and storing banquet furniture and supplies.
• Support banquet staff during events, replenish supplies, clear tables, respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet storage areas; ensure equipment is stored properly.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to meet timelines and standards.
• Inspect spaces before/after events; report maintenance issues.
• Order and receive non-food items for Food & Beverage; manage stock.
