Atrium Hospitality in Franklin, TN is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant for a full-time role. You will set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders, keep spaces guest-ready, and assist with transporting supplies as needed.

You will also support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, staying on your feet for long shifts, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth events. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Strength and stamina to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Attention to detail to ensure event perfection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders and maintain high cleanliness.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, including coffee breaks.
• Help transport supplies and materials to required locations (boxes, programs, décor).
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be friendly and proactive in anticipating guests' needs and addressing issues.
