Job summary

The Bartolotta Catering Team in Wisconsin seeks a Houseman to support event setup, moving tables and chairs, and ensuring spaces are prepared for guests. You will coordinate with staff to meet function specifications and assist with load-in and load-out.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and take down of banquet spaces according to event specifications.
• Confer with guests/clients to determine event requirements.
• Assist in transporting heavy materials (tables, chairs, staging) to event spaces.
• Check and adjust temperature, lighting, and electrical connections as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of areas during and after events.
