Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms according to banquet event orders and documents.
• Transport staging, tables, chairs, dance floors and other items safely.
• Break down meeting rooms and return banquet items to storage neat and organized.
• Maintain cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms to ensure presentable spaces.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with information about other hotel areas.
• Handle guest complaints personally or escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
