Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment seeks a Banquet Setup team member to prepare banquet and catering spaces at our Catoosa/Will Rogers Downs properties. You will arrange tables, chairs, décor, linens, and serving ware to ensure flawless events for guests.

We value strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced casino environment. Requires HS diploma, basic computer skills, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain Food Handler’s Card from Cherokee Nation.
• Alcohol Awareness training completed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down banquet and catering spaces (tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, linens, serving ware, décor).
• Complete setup/teardown on time with high attention to detail for each event.
• Perform side duties to support banquet operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in shared spaces.
