• Food & Beverage Service: transport, serve, and present food and beverages; adjust service style per meal.
• Guest Service & Experience: provide friendly, attentive service; respond to guest needs; reset tables after service.
• Event Breakdown & Cleanup: clear tables, restore spaces, and tidy storage areas.
• Team Support & Communication: communicate with banquet captain and kitchen; participate in pre-shift meetings.
• Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance: follow safety and sanitation policies; maintain clean work areas.
