Sheraton San Diego Resort is seeking a Banquet Set-Up staff member to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events by preparing rooms, setting tables and equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per BEO outlines, arranging chairs, tables, linen, and equipment
• Break down and store equipment after events, restocking linens and supplies
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of all banquet spaces and equipment
• Assist with event changes, guest requests, and maintain a high level of customer service
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report any repairs needed
