Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Banquet Houseman to set up meeting rooms according to the Banquet Event Order. This role requires physical labor including lifting tables, chairs, and heavy equipment to prepare spaces for events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Banquet team, refreshing rooms between events, decorating buffets, and ensuring all linens, glassware, and silverware meet standards. High school diploma and ability to lift 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds with no medical restrictions.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintain cleanliness in a busy event environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms as per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Refresh and revise room setups for pop-up events.
• Decorate and set up buffets per theme.
• Install and lift ice sculptures for VIP events.
• Polish and ensure water glasses, silverware, and standard meeting supplies are ready.
