Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Utility Attendant to support the kitchen and service staff at the Seaport Hotel. You will wash and maintain china, glass, and silver; keep kitchens and storage areas clean; and assist with event setup and breakdown under supervision.

The role requires flexibility to meet business needs in a 24/7 operation, including holidays. Hospitality experience and strong English language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Fluency in English is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand the department skill manual.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean and maintain all small wares for food service operation.
• Maintain clean kitchen, walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Clean and maintain all cooking equipment (stoves, ovens, skillets, etc.).
• Follow all sanitary and safety regulations.
• Read banquet event orders (BEOs) and execute the set-up of appropriate china, glass and silver under supervisor guidance.
• Organize china, glass and silver before, during and after every event and prepare for dishwashing.
