Job summary

The Post Oak in Stateline, NV is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare rooms for functions and assist Banquet staff. You will maintain a neat uniform, set up per BEO and instruction, move tables and props, and ensure a safe, clean work area while delivering friendly guest service aligned with our brand values.

Experience is preferred but training is provided; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms per BEO and management instruction.
• Maintain uniform appearance according to guidelines.
• Assist banquet personnel and guests as needed.
• Deliver supplies from storeroom to designated locations.
• Adhere to health laws and procedures.
• Relay guest compliments/complaints to supervisor.
