Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Houseperson to support our Banquet Department and ensure events run smoothly. The role covers setting up and breaking down space, handling banquet equipment, and coordinating with managers to meet client needs with excellence.

You will work closely with the team to prep meeting rooms, transport items, and adapt to last‑minute changes while upholding safety and service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up all meeting rooms and functions space
• Breaking down and putting all necessary items away properly
• Transporting tables, chairs, and other banquet equipment to the banquet rooms.
• Replenishing meeting rooms as needed
• Handling any last-minute changes or requests by the client.
