Job summary

Kerzner International, overseeing One&Only Moonlight Basin, seeks a Houseman to support banquet events with setup, movement, and organization of furniture and equipment. You will ensure spaces are prepared safely and efficiently before, during, and after events, and assist with other F&B services as needed.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquet, event, or restaurant operations or similar physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces according to diagrams and timelines.
• Assist with loading and unloading banquet equipment.
• Move and position tables, chairs, couches, and other furniture.
• Prepare bars, buffet stations, service stations, lounge areas and tables.
• Ensure spaces are clean and properly prepared before guests arrive.
• Assist with dismantling spaces after events.
• Maintain inventory and report missing or damaged items.
• Provide support to F&B and Stewarding teams during off-peak times.
