Concord Hospitality Brand in Arlington, VA is hiring for Banquet Set-Up Associates to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. You will set up and break down event space, transport tables and chairs, and ensure clean presentation throughout events.

Experience isn’t required; a passion for service and teamwork is enough. Full-time associates receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k, tuition assistance, and discounted room rates.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.
