Job summary

EOS Hospitality LLC is seeking a highly motivated Food & Beverage team member in Harwich, MA to support event operations, table setup, guest service, and post-event cleanup.

The role involves setting tables, assisting with service and breakdown, organizing supplies, and maintaining clean banquet spaces; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout shifts; starting wage is $16 per hour plus gratuities.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to clients during events.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of event spaces.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
• Clean meeting space before and after events (vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, wipe).
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during functions as needed.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of event spaces, social events and corporate functions.
• Organize and polish supplies such as plates, glassware, and utensils.
• Keep back of house and banquet rooms clean by vacuuming, mopping, and organizing.
• Collect food and beverage for events, transport to room, and set up display tables.
