Job summary

The Post Oak in Stateline, NV is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly, professional service and precise beverage preparation. You will respond to guest needs, promote beverages, and ensure smooth shift operations while upholding the brand values of kindness and positivity.

The role requires 1 year of bartending experience, strong English communication, and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

1 year of bartending experience.
1 year of food serving experience preferred.
Record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
Effective communication skills.
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
Team Player with a guest first attitude.
Minimum age of 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions.
Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to meet sales goals.
Take food orders for sit-down and to-go orders.
Master the bar operations to promote a well-run shift.
Maintain par levels of stock, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, and barware.
Keep accurate cash handling and comps records.
