Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Houseperson for Denú Hotel & Spa in Phoenix, AZ. You will support banquet operations by setting up, maintaining, and breaking down spaces for events, including tables, chairs, staging, and AV equipment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with banquet servers and other departments to ensure timely, accurate setups and safe handling of equipment, while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout event spaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and room diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event venues according to BEOs and specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, staging, linens, and other equipment as directed.
• Install and remove audiovisual equipment and bar setups when required.
