Job summary

Invited Clubs in Santa Rosa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Setup Person to prepare event spaces, arrange tables and furniture, and ensure flawless presentation for weddings, conferences, and member events. You will work with service and sales teams, maintain cleanliness, reset rooms, and respond to last-minute guest requests with professionalism.

A high school diploma and prior F&B service experience are required, along with Invited’s F&B Service Training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and table settings according to banquet event orders and floor plans.
• Ensure all equipment is arranged and functional, including laying down interlocking dance floors per specifications.
• Tear down and clear tables and chairs following events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas, addressing major housekeeping or maintenance issues with the F&B Director or Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
• Assist service and banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations and high-quality service.
• Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards.
