Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Part Time Banquet Setup/Service role at Springfield University Plaza in Springfield, MO. You will set up and break down meeting and banquet spaces, refresh areas, and assist with food and beverage service to ensure guest-ready experiences.

You must be physically capable, with strength to lift up to 50 lbs, excellent attention to detail, and clear communication. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods.
• Must follow instructions and work well with the team, including kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready all day.
• Help transport supplies and materials (boxes, programs, décor).
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
