Atrium Hospitality's Springfield property is hiring a part-time banquet assistant to help set up and break down meeting rooms, keep spaces guest-ready, and support event execution. You’ll transport supplies, assist with food and beverage service, and interact with guests with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail for event spaces and guest areas.
• Clear verbal and written communication, teamwork with kitchen and staff.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed (boxes, décor, programs).
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
