Job summary

The Commodore - A Bartolotta Restaurant in Wisconsin is seeking a Houseman to support the catering team during events. You will set up banquet rooms, arrange tables, and ensure spaces are ready for guests.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, assist with transporting tables and chairs, adjust lighting and temperature, and maintain clean spaces during and after events. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities within The Bartolotta Restaurants family.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and take down of Banquet Rooms according to function specifications.
• Confer with guests and clients to determine event requirements.
• Assist in transporting heavy materials such as staging, tables, and chairs to the event space.
• Check and appropriately adjust temperature and lights and ensure electric hookups are working.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas during and after events.
