Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant at Renaissance Indianapolis North. This on-site, on-call role supports banquet events, sets up conference spaces, and ensures clean, organized rooms for guest experiences. Flexible schedule includes weekends and holidays, with opportunities to move within a world-class property.

Pay ranges from $4.00 to $40.00 per hour, with bonuses and incentive plans. Join a team focused on service excellence and memorable events for guests.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to follow instructions verbally and in writing.
• Highly detail-oriented and accurate.
• Fast-paced, service-driven environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order and standards.
• Daily thorough cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms and team rooms; remove trash and restock supplies.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and reset as needed.
• Complete special projects as directed by management.
• Move convention material boxes, programs, etc. from loading areas to rooms as required.
• Bus tables and re-set them; maintain positive relations with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Support guest experience and resolve issues to create an exceptional event atmosphere.
