Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. You will direct set up and prep for banquet rooms, and tear down at the end of events, ensuring a seamless guest experience with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
• Highly detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented and flexible schedule
• Problem solver with guest-focus
• Able to stand for long periods; lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Willing to bend, squat, push, and pull as part of shift

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order and standards.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms; restock supplies.
• Refresh rooms during meal and coffee breaks; tear down after events as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by department management.
• Move convention materials and equipment between locations (receiving docks, registration, guest rooms).
• Bus tables and re-set them as needed for subsequent events.
• Resolve guest issues to create an exceptional experience.
• Maintain positive communication with culinary and stewarding staff.
