Job summary

Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a motivated Banquet Server to set up banquet spaces, serve and bus tables, and assist with tear-down for events at a luxury oceanfront resort.

You will work in a fast-paced environment that values wine and spirit knowledge, guest connections, and a commitment to exceptional service. Growth opportunities exist within our renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces for functions (draping, silverware, centerpieces).
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays, and clear dining areas.
• Tear down and clean up after events, including storerooms and back hall.
• Support event room setup and break stations (coffee, snacks, beverages).
• Assist with food & beverage prep and ensure workstation stock.
• Provide warm, professional guest interactions and handle special requests.
