Banquet Houseman Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a part-time Banquet Set-Up Attendant to prepare event spaces and attend to guest needs. You will set up and break down areas according to the Banquet Event Order and ensure supplies and equipment are ready for each function.

Role requires mobility and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. Flexible hours to accommodate hotel events, with opportunities to contribute to a team-focused hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• This position requires full mobility, continuous movement and heavy lifting, up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must have eye for detail, team player, and be willing to be flexible on hours as this role can coincide with the events of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space, ensuring set up according to Banquet Event Order
• Assure Guest needs are attended to
• Attend to all public spaces throughout the event for consistent clean presentation
• Ensure supplies are available according to the Banquet Event Order and equipment is set up and functioning properly
• Keep track of event supplies, equipment and carefully store furnishings when not in use, promptly reporting repair and maintenance needs.
