You will work on venues, perform room refreshes, and help with breakdowns while collaborating with team members to meet event specifications and guest expectations. The role requires one year of customer‑facing experience, a willingness to handle high workload, and the ability to adapt to changing guest requests.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and outgoing
• Able to walk up to 8 hours and bend
• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Fluent English required
• Able to handle high‑pressure situations
• Flexible with shifts including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Study and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
• Set up venues to specifications and as instructed
• Perform room refreshes and venue breakdown
• Assist training of new associates and suggest improvements
• Care for equipment and Nemacolin assets and report issues
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Contribute to ongoing adherence to Nemacolin standards
