Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking team members for Bottleworks Hotel banquet setup and event support in Indianapolis. You will set up tables, chairs, and AV equipment for events, ensuring layouts follow provided diagrams and BEOs. The role requires energy, reliability, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Candidates should be able to stand and walk for long periods, carry trays up to 50 lbs, and be available nights and weekends. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years or older.
• Experience or training in hospitality or events is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet space per diagrams and BEO instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with teardown.
• Provide attentive guest service and respond to requests promptly.
• Follow health and safety practices at all times.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

You will set up all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment for banquet space following set-up diagrams provided.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles
• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed
• Follow health and safety practices at all times
• Respond promptly to any guest requestMaintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
• During set up, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
• Once banquet is complete all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment to put back in storage and re-set for next event according to directions on BEO or given by manager
• Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

Experience and/or Training

• Must be 15 years or older
• Some level of management skills desired
• Refined verbal and written communication
• Be able to keep up with a fast paced environment
• Be able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Stand and/or walk entire shift
• Must be available nights and weekends

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

U.S. Work Authorization (required).
