Job summary

Green Mill Willmar in Willmar, MN is seeking a part-time evening server to provide friendly, energetic service and create welcoming guest experiences.

You will set up tables and equipment, assist with décor, and help maintain a smooth dining flow during 5-9pm or 8-10pm shifts, two per week, with pay at $13+ tips.

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Assemble tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and buffet stations according to specifications
• Assist with furniture, décor, and equipment setup
• Clean floors, tables, and public areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) before and after events
• Help maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location: Green Mill Conference Center, Willmar, MN
