Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Concord, NC is seeking a full-time Banquet Set-up teammate to prepare and reset event spaces for meetings and banquets at our Embassy Suites location. You will lift, move, and arrange decor and materials, ensuring guest areas stay pristine and ready throughout the day.

The role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a team-first attitude to support large events and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Maintains high cleanliness standards in event spaces.
• Follows instructions clearly and communicates with team and kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Help transport supplies and materials as needed.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Be the friendly face guests remember, solving small issues with a smile.
