Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead banquet event setup, ensure seamless service, and guide the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will also manage AV setup and assist with scheduling and inventory.

The role requires customer service experience, at least 6 months in banquet service, and certifications or willingness to obtain them. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Banquet food service experience of at least 6 months is required.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet events with precision (linen, silver, china).
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served on time.
• Lead and motivate the banquet team to deliver guests a top-notch experience.
• Handle audio-visual setup and basic troubleshooting as part of tech support.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory control.
