Salt Lake City Marriott University Park is seeking banquet staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences during events and functions on site. You will uphold service standards, assist with room setups, food service, and post-event cleanup, while coordinating with function groups and management.

The role requires strong English communication, math and computer skills, and the ability to obtain required licenses or certifications.

Formación

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language.
• Good mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
• CPR training required; first aid training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times and in a warm and enthusiastic manner.
• Continuously monitor the guest’s service level and comfort at all times.
• Supervise assigned banquet personnel throughout functions.
• Assist staff with room set ups, food service, and clean up when necessary.
• Maintain hotel standards of food, beverage, and guest service.
• Create Bill and deliver to client for review and editing.
