Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Bartending requires 21+.
• One year of banquet experience.
• Food handler license required.
• ABLE liquor license required.
• Respond to guest/regulator inquiries.
• Basic math for POS transactions.
• Speak, read, write English.
• Teamwork skills required.
• Knowledge of service standards and guest relations.
• Pre-employment drug screen and gaming license required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist banquet managers in serving guests during events.
• Serve beverages and food in order and per supervisor guidance.
• Greet and welcome guests and respond to requests.
• Set up banquet room with glassware, linens, and service ware.
• Perform side work to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Clear dishes as meals conclude.
• Restock equipment from catering events.
• Follow safety and health policies and procedures.
• Adhere to policies on alcohol service and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
