Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets or hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine and guest interaction.
• Ability to work with staff and guests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent customer service at banquets and events.
• Bus and set tables; prepare rooms for events and service.
• Serve food and beverages during events in a timely manner.
• Answer questions related to buffet or menu; coordinate with Banquet Captain or Manager.
• Be adaptable and support other duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events.
