Job summary

Qualifications

• Past serving experience required, banquet serving preferred.
• High school diploma required; CPR and ServSafe preferred.
• South Carolina ABL Server License within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Banquet Director and Banquet Manager.
• Be knowledgeable of daily features and hotel activities.
• Work cohesively with the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and maintenance.
• Keep banquet areas clean and safe at all times.
• Follow service procedures and policies precisely.
