Qualifications

• Must have food service/banquet experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquors and standard drink recipes.
• Able to take orders, enter into Micros, handle money and give correct change.
• Must be 21+ and qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License.
• Stand for up to 4 hours; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set banquet rooms according to BEO, arrange tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens and decor.
• Serve courses promptly with proper presentation; replenish buffet items as needed.
• Take drink orders, mix and serve beverages, manage bar setup and closing.
• Receive payments for drinks and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock throughout shift; break down banquet spaces after events.
• Ensure Title 31 compliance and practice RBS procedures daily.
• Support other departments as needed.
