Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver outstanding food and beverage service during events. You will support the banquet team to ensure a smooth, professional experience for members and guests.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and prior F&B or banquet experience. Invited provides a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and current state certifications.
• Experience in food and beverage service, especially banquets/events.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service standards and provide exceptional service at events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and speed.
• Know menus, including special event features and dietary needs.
• Greet guests warmly; ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns using service recovery techniques.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and event detailing as needed.
