Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus, explain specials, and answer questions.
• Take guest orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Serve courses from kitchen and service bars, garnish dishes as needed, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments, total bills, and provide change as required.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist teammates as needed.
