Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet service is preferred.
• Ability to lift and transport service ware.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Knowledge of wine and bar service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings and communicate with support staff.
• Bus and reset tables between courses and at end of service.
• Set up banquet rooms, linens, serviceware, and glassware as instructed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of service requirements, wines, prices, and VIPs for events.
• Reset rooms after functions and ensure sanitation and readiness for next function.
