Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Banquet On Call Server/Set Up Team Members! The position offers $4/hour plus a percentage of the banquet service charge in a busy, successful department. Apply directly at careers-phg.icims.com/jobs.

Responsibilities

1. Set up banquet rooms with linen, serviceware, and glassware as instructed.
2. Attend pre-event meetings to understand function details and guest expectations.
3. Greet guests and respond courteously to requests.
4. Serve food and beverages according to standards, maintaining consistency.
5. Bus dishes promptly and replenish beverages as needed.
6. Practice teamwork and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
7. Reset banquet rooms after events to ensure readiness for subsequent functions.
