Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Banquet Server to join our team, delivering exceptional food and service in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. You’ll help set up, serve, and support events with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

We value a strong work ethic, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years or older.
• You have refined verbal and written communication skills.
• You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment.
• You are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 30lbs without assistance.
• You are able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• You have prior knowledge of POS systems.
• You are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50lbs.
• You are consistently available nights and weekends.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china.
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success.
• During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event.
• Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
