Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and comprehend written instructions.
• Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate and OLCC Servers Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contacts.
• Review all function sheets and menus prior to start of function.
• Take guests’ orders when menu items are offered.
• Provide continuous contact with group organizers during function.
• Ensure health and safety practices at all times.
