Position Summary

The Server will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role offers an hourly wage of $12.00 to $13.00, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
• Carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests for all events, consistent with DLTCC standards of service.
• Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring all needs are anticipated and met.
• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue, adhering to DLTCC standards.
• Maintain inventory for food and beverage stations.
• Keep all event areas and front of house staging areas tidy and organized.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Work independently during slower times.
• Contribute to a safe and clean work environment.
• Maintain high social contact, working closely with staff and patrons.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure work accuracy and completeness.
• Multi-task effectively.
• Handle and move objects safely.
• Maintain a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
• Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Understand basic arithmetic operations.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Perform physical movements such as bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching.
• Lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 30 lbs., frequently 15 lbs.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Respond appropriately to customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications
