Essential Job Functions

1. Set up banquet rooms as instructed by the supervisor.
2. Attend pre-event meetings to learn function specifics, including guest and hotel expectations.
3. Serve food and beverages according to supervisor’s instructions to ensure consistency.
4. Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
5. Promptly clear dishes after each course or meal.
6. Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
7. Comply with all regulations related to serving alcohol.
8. Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment as needed.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience is a plus.
• Ability to memorize menu items.
• Flexible work schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform related physical tasks.
