Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server for Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will set up banquet rooms, assist with event service, and ensure flawless guest experiences during events at a world-class property.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, and clear dishes.
• Break down banquet spaces, bussing tables and organizing storerooms.
• Assist with event room setup and AM/PM break stations.
• Perform food & beverage prep duties and stock workstations.
• Provide warm welcomes, explain menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor safety, assist other staff, and maintain cleanliness.
