Job summary

LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, offers a part-time Banquet Server role on site in Naples. You will enhance guest happiness, provide attentive banquet service, and help deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests by name when possible, working nights and weekends, and assisting with setup and service while adhering to resort standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ambassador of LaPlaya delivering guest happiness and treating each experience uniquely.
• Drive banquet dining experience with right touch and using guests' names when possible.
• Work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The JOB: Banquet Server

Requirements

As a server, you will be an Ambassador of LaPlaya and will be a key contributor of driving our guest happiness by treating each guest experience as its own. Possessing the right touch and knowledge are key to drive our banquet dining experience as are using our guests names when possible. We are looking for employees that like to handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an amazing experience while having fun in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you must be able to work nights and weekends, stand/walk for up to 8 hours per-shift, and lift up to 40 pounds.
