Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking Event Servers to deliver exceptional banquet experiences through attentive food and beverage service. You will help set up linens and stations, and ensure event spaces are prepared to meet event specifications.

This role requires standing for long periods, strong multitasking, and prior hospitality or customer service experience. All qualified applicants will be considered for employment at Hyatt Regency Frisco.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set linens and tables according to event specifications.
• Support food station setup and beverage service.
• Assist with general banquet preparation and room refresh between functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment throughout each event.

Event Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional banquet experiences through attentive food and beverage service. This position is responsible for ensuring event spaces are visually appealing and prepared according to event specifications. Responsibilities include setting linens and tables, supporting food station setup, providing beverage service, and assisting with general banquet preparation. Event Servers also help refresh rooms between functions and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment throughout each event.
