Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking Event Servers to deliver exceptional banquet experiences with attentive food and beverage service at our Frisco, TX location. You will set linens and tables, support food station setup, provide beverages, and assist with general banquet prep.

Teams refresh rooms between functions while keeping spaces clean, organized, and sanitary during each event. Ideal candidates have prior food & beverage or hospitality experience, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 lbs safely and repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Setting linens and tables, supporting food station setup, providing beverage service, and assisting with general banquet preparation.
• Refresh rooms between functions and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment throughout each event.

Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located just 25 minutes north of Dallas and features 303 guestrooms and over 27,500 square feet of flexible event space. Event Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional banquet experiences through attentive food and beverage service. This position is responsible for ensuring event spaces are visually appealing and prepared according to event specifications. Responsibilities include setting linens and tables, supporting food station setup, providing beverage service, and assisting with general banquet preparation. Event Servers also help refresh rooms between functions and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment throughout each event.

Previous customer service experience required

Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight (20 lbs or more) safely and repeatedly
