If you’re energetic, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality — we’d love to meet you. **What you’ll be doing**What you’ll be doing* Set up, operate, and break down banquet events according to event requirements, banquet event orders, and hotel standards.* Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.* Review banquet event orders and function details to understand setup, menus, beverage selections, guest counts, timing, and special requests.* Maintain strong knowledge of banquet menu and beverage offerings.* Operate efficiently during high-volume weddings, meetings, receptions, celebrations, and special events.* Accurately track beverage consumption, process payments, manage hosted or cash bars, and complete required event documentation.* Maintain cleanliness, organization, presentation, and sanitation standards across banquet bar and service areas.* Assist with glassware, garnishes, ice, inventory, stock replenishment, portable bar setup, and opening and closing duties.* Follow food safety guidelines, responsible alcohol service standards, and hotel operational procedures.* Monitor guest satisfaction and address guest concerns professionally and promptly.* Partner closely with Banquet, Event teams, Culinary teams, and Food & Beverage leadership to support seamless event execution.* Support upselling opportunities and beverage programs that enhance the guest experience and drive event revenue.* Perform any other duties as assigned.
