Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ L’Auberge Del Mar is seeking a Banquet Server to provide impeccable service at events and private functions. You will handle table settings, station design, beverage service and guest interaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

We value refined communication, attention to detail and reliability, with duties including room refreshes, event prep, and knowledge of wine service to enhance guest experiences. Flexible schedule and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication and guest service skills are required.
• Experience taking care of guests in fast-paced environments is essential.
• Current Food Handlers Card and RBS certification are required.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces and manage table settings for events.
• Assist with food station design and beverage service.
• Perform room refreshes and general banquet prep.
