Job summary

L’Auberge Del Mar, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Cocktail Server to deliver memorable dining experiences in a luxury setting on the California coast. You will engage guests, showcase our food and beverage offerings, and contribute to a vibrant, guest-first atmosphere.

Successful candidates bring refined communication, experience in fast-paced guest service, flexible availability, and the ability to stand for long periods; Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification are required.

The Job:

As a Cocktail Server, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Servers proudly showcase our food & beverage creations and ensure our hotel guests, as well as our local community, have enjoyable and meaningful dining experiences. The Cocktail Server is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
